Wendy Newman is fully qualified and has been involved in the medical insurance industry for the past 23 years. She has extensive experience and knowledge at all levels of the corporate sector. Her expertise in this field has assisted major Building Societies, Law Firms, High Street Retailers and Independent Schools in providing a whole range of healthcare solutions for their members and employees.

Before joining Reich Healthcare, for the previous 13 years, Wendy was a Director at one of the UK's leading Health Insurance specialists.

Wendy is now fully focused on the challenge of developing Reich Healthcare into one of the major players in the Health Insurance market.

Wendy Newman is married with 2 children and lives in Cheshire. Her interests away from the family include interior design, learning Spanish and running; she has completed many runs in aid of charity.

Karen Bailey has worked in the Private Medical Insurance market for almost 19 years.

She started her career at BUPA, and then moved to work for local specialist healthcare broker 15 years ago, where she quickly became a Director of the company and a much respected figure in the Private Medical Insurance market.

Over the years, Karen has devised many bespoke employee benefit schemes ranging from basic schemes right up to all-embracing comprehensive private medical insurance programmes for major corporate clients, covering a wide range of businesses including Construction Companies, Building Societies, Recruitment Consultants and a lot of companies in the Food Industry.

Karen spends a lot of her free time in rural Spain, where she enjoys the culture and, obviously, the weather.

Wendy and Karen are supported by a team of extremely experienced and qualified administration staff including Kath Morris, Louise Barnes and Kathryn Horsman.
